We begin with a 90-minute private session where you’ll share with me what your self-expression blocks, needs, and goals appear to be. From there, we’ll move into activating the sacred sonic space within and around you, calling on supports as we step into an expanded state of consciousness.

I will then powerfully and simply guide through connecting with your WHOLE embodied voice — lovingly moving through any density / somatic-emotional release being called for, amplification of inner voices & thoughts, guided organic vocal expression, and, when useful, dialoguing and healing relationships with aspects of yourself seeking connection.

Together in this way, we begin the magical, electric process of rewiring your body–psyche–voice system to experience greater safety, security, and freedom in speaking up and expressing yourself in every way. Personal integration following this session is an essential part of the process.

Following this thorough and activating session, I’ll be available to you via private voice memo and text for 7 days to support your integration, provide accountability around your self-expression intentions and goals for the week, and offer opportunities for real-time processing and reflection around the real-life interactions and experiences in which you WILL be invited to use your voice and express yourself differently.

You may begin to notice that you notice your insides more — when you’re feeling a need, desire, preference, impulse, or inner knowing — and the initiation may be to speak up, ask for something, share a truth or gift, or say YES or NO differently.

Inspirations — physical, intuitive, divine, and artistic — may also begin to light you up as you feel drawn toward whatever energetic mobilization your system is calling for: dancing, working out, drawing, singing, making or sharing art, joining a community class, writing, philosophizing, reaching out to different people, attending a new event, or something entirely your own. It’s specific and organic to YOU — and to where your embodied self-expression is calling you next.
