It’s completely natural to feel afraid of looking within—let alone sharing what you find out loud.

Often, this fear grows from early relational trauma and attachment wounds, where you learned, quietly and unconsciously, to shape yourself around others’ limitations—rather than your own needs and ways of relating.

You may not have had a steady, nonjudgmental presence to safely contain & witness your feelings as you experienced and expressed what was true for YOU. Perhaps one of your caretakers chronically dominated conversations, shamed your sharing, or otherwise lacked the capacity to truly see and validate your inner world, especially when it was subtle. You may have even been criticized or disciplined for your natural reflexes, emotions, and opinions.

When this happens, essential essences of us begin to recede into the shadows. Thoughts, feelings, impulses, and expressions — even talents, and sixth senses — become trapped in the body, psyche, voice — silenced by fear that they’ll be rejected, ignored, or punished.

This is emotionally painful. It is trauma, and it requires healing.

In our work together, we begin to repair this trauma by gently transforming how you relate to your inner world as you cultivate the patience, presence, and permission to truly hear, feel, and express you. By nurturing your connection to your literal voice inside your body, we organically support the emergence of your full self by tuning into and amplifying all the voices of all the needs, feelings, and dreams you always had but couldn’t fully own and express.

Simultaneously, your greatest and most natural talents, abilities, and intuitive senses begin to have more space to breathe, expand, and grow. And their magic—perhaps even their music!—becomes more clearly heard and available to create with and share.

Because deep down, you want to be heard and know you have something meaningful and motivational to share with the world! You don’t need to be perfect or perfectly “healed” to share it. You simply need to feel safe, willing, and inspired — the exact felt states we foster & enliven for you in sessions together. And we do it from the inside out, at the deepest core level, throughout the entirety of your multi-dimensional being.

In this way, you can mine out your thoughts and bring them out into the open, where you can choose or not choose them consciously… at the speed of sound!

This deeper, more honest way of listening to yourself — of giving your insides voice — can be tender, even confronting. You deserve a safe, loving presence as you explore it; space to witness and hold the raw, unfiltered expressions of YOU.

Your voice is at once somatic, psychic, and spiritual — deeply human, yet capable of carrying beyond-human messages. Your voice holds all your ages and experiences, as well as echoes of other voices that have imprinted upon you or with which you resonate (that’s what we call channeling).
